About
This blog is intended as a place where ideas and issues related to portfolios at CSU can be explored. So far, quite a bit of work has been done on portfolios here, but we still don’t have all the answers regarding a strong vision of where we should be heading. I hope this blog can be one of the paths that can help us get there, and can serve as a place to explore the complexities of professional portfolio use.
A large part of this blog involves sharing newly found resources, examples, tips and news on ePortfolios at CSU. I’m hoping that others will respond to posts on the blog – and develop and share thier growing ideas about portfolios in their own blogs! The idea is to challenge each other to find ways to make portfolios really work for us!
Who am I? I’m an educational designer at Charles Sturt University, working on an ePortfolio Project which aims to support the widespread implementation of ePortfolios at the university. While I’ll be writing most of the posts, I also hope to draw on the expertise (which spreads far and wide and is quite inspiring) of a range of staff and students at CSU through contributing posts. If you’d like to contribute, please contact me at chunter at csu dot edu dot au.
